VALIDITY
To participate (book):
From March 6th to June 2nd, 2025.
To travel: From March 6th to November 30th, 2025.
MECHANISM
This promotional offer is directed to current [1] and new [2] customers of Krystal Hotels & Resorts®.
Each participant may be eligible for a promotional offer under the following mechanism:
1. To begin the participation process, the current or new customer of Krystal Hotels & Resorts® must visit the website https://krystal-hotels.com/ or https://www.en.krystalgrand-sanmiguel.com
2. Make a reservation in any type of residence during the promotion participation dates (except on restricted dates).
3. Reservations can only be made between Thursdays and Mondays.
4. Enter the promotional code received by email to obtain an additional 15% or 20% discount on the total reservation:
• 3 nights = 15% additional discount: KGSMA15
• 4 nights or more = 20% additional discount: KGSMA20
5. Confirm your reservation and receive it in your email.
It is important to mention that, to confirm the information provided by participants is truthful and complete, Krystal Hotels & Resorts® may contact customers at any time. They may also contact them later for marketing campaigns, sending new promotions and commercial offers, and customers will have the option to unsubscribe at any time.
The aforementioned promotional offers will not apply for travel on the following dates:
• April 13th to 20th , 2025.
They will be subject to the availability of inventory at the participating hotel.
They are not combinable with other promotions.
The promotional code corresponding to each commercial offer will be valid for booking from March 6th to June 2nd, 2025, and for travel from March 6th to November 30th , 2025.
After this date, the promotional codes will expire and can no longer be used.
They cannot be redeemed for cash.
In case the reservation is canceled, the right to the discount already used with the entered promotional code will be lost.
